You do not rebuild the site inside GHL. Clients book on Calendly. HighLevel is the desk: connect Calendly there so appointments become contacts. Paste webhook, chat, and the client portal below.

HighLevel

Public booking stays on Calendly. Connect Calendly inside HighLevel so each booking becomes a contact and an appointment. Use this page for intake webhook, chat, and the client portal.

Automations → Workflow → trigger: Inbound Webhook → copy URL.

Calendar (already set)

Clients book on Calendly (embedded on Contact). In HighLevel go to Calendars → Calendar Settings → Connections → Calendly → Connect. Map the 30-minute complimentary consultation. Book a test slot and confirm the contact appears.

HighLevel → Settings → Client Portal (or Memberships) → copy the client login link. “Client login” on this site will open that page.

After you save, send a test inquiry on Contact. Then in HighLevel, open the workflow and click Fetch Sample Request so you can map name, email, phone, company, services, and message.
