Services

The work, named the way you would ask for it.

Tax, books, payroll, and counsel — each quoted in writing. See Pricing for what drives the fee.

01

Tax preparation & planning

Individual and entity returns, prepared so you see the position before the deadline. Credits and deductions you actually qualify for — and a year-round plan so April is a confirmation, not a discovery.

  • Individual, partnership, S-corp, and corporate returns
  • Estimated tax planning throughout the year
  • Credit and deduction review before you file
  • IRS representation by a federally licensed Enrolled Agent

02

Bookkeeping

Monthly close, reconciliations, and a file that is ready for a lender, a filing, or a decision this week. The work is quiet. The numbers are not late.

  • Monthly close and bank reconciliations
  • QuickBooks Online setup and cleanup
  • Catch-up work when the books have gone quiet
  • A single point of contact who knows your file

03

Payroll

Payroll run on time, withholdings and filings in order, federal and Florida requirements observed as the household or the company grows.

  • Regular payroll runs and new-hire setup
  • Federal and state tax deposits and filings
  • Year-end W-2 and 1099 prep
  • Coordination with your books so nothing is entered twice

04

Business advisory

Entity structure, cash, whether to hire. Counsel from someone who already knows the file — not a stranger billing to get oriented.

  • Entity choice and S-corp reasonableness
  • Cash-flow and hiring conversations
  • Pricing and margin reviews
  • Plain-language readouts of how the business is actually doing

05

Financial reporting

Profit and loss, balance sheet, and the reading behind them. Prepared for a bank, a partner, or your own judgment. Not a software export left unexplained.

  • Monthly and quarterly financial packages
  • Bank-ready reporting
  • Budget vs. actual
  • Walkthroughs so the statements make sense

06

Sales tax

If you collect in Florida, we establish the cadence, file on time, and unwind periods that slipped — before they become correspondence you would rather not receive.

  • Registration and filing cadence
  • Nexus conversations as you grow
  • Catch-up and voluntary disclosure guidance
  • Coordination with your books and returns

Existing clients

Monthly advisory

Two rates for existing clients: $149 a month (45 minutes) if we already prepare the tax — tax plus books still counts. $249 a month (30 minutes) for a business-only file — books, payroll, or advisory without tax here. A written brief the next day. Booking the call does not charge you.

The retainer

For households and owners already on the books who want a scheduled hour of judgment without opening a new engagement. Production work remains quoted separately.

Not sure of the scope?

That is a proper first sentence. Tell us what is on the desk — a return, a backlog, a notice — and we will name the next useful step.
