The retainer
$249 a month. Thirty minutes.
Advice happens on the call. Production work — returns, cleanup, payroll, representation — is quoted separately, in writing.

Included
- One thirty-minute call with Rob or Ken that month
- A written brief the next business day — recommendation, numbers, and next steps
- Additional blocks at the same rate if the conversation needs more room
Not included
- Returns, amendments, cleanup, payroll runs, or IRS representation — those are quoted separately
- Unused calls do not roll forward
- A three-month minimum, then cancel at the end of any billed month
